Lead Fabricator/Welder

We are seeking a Lead Fabricator/Welder to become an integral part of our team! This welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms.

People skills are essential for this role. Communicating with crew members and the owner is equally important, with respect and clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Meet deadlines and prioritize
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Manufacture and fabricate custom-made products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Supervise the crew to stay focused and complete projects with the highest workmanship.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to communicate with all individuals of different backgrounds

A good candidate will have coordination & critical problem-solving abilities, including the ability to run smaller projects with minimal owner direction, the ability to assign tasks to projects' crew, gather supplies, coordinate with the office for installations, and all fabrication duties required for job completion. Bilingual is a plus.

Schedule: typically Mon-Fri from 7am-3:30pm - may vary depending on on-going projects' needs.
