You will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products

As a field service engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PC’s.
• Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service
• Being timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
• Being Responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
• Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.
• Having an ability to travel overnight approximately 70% of the time.
• Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity

Fuel your passion

• Have an engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or equivalent
• Have at least 6 years of previous experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment & proven working experience on GEHC CT servicing.
• Have a strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Have an ability in diagnosing electronic hardware problems, mechanical problems with CNC table, software troubleshooting in a windows-based environment.
• Have a strong Computer skill with familiarity Windows and MS Office products
• Have an ability to read/understand schematics and use oscilloscopes/digital multi-meters.
• Have fundamental electronics and/or mechanical trouble shooting skills. Etc.
