Partner with the best

As a Lead HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites.

  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures.

  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

  • Participating or leading incident investigations as well as the development and assessment of corrective and preventative actions

  • Applying 5 Why and root cause analysis through application of BH 5 HSE Fundamentals.

  • Managing compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.

  • Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in health, safety and environment from an accredited university or college

  • Have a minimum of 10 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry

  • Have a NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE accreditation

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills

  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to influence others and lead small teams

  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, with proven analytical and organizational capability
