We offer our clients a holistic approach to developing and implementing technology solutions for process control applications to meet their business requirements. We provide assessment and planning services; conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs, and commissioning and construction support services. We are also able to offer full networking, programming/integration, information technology, and SCADA System solutions through our sister company, Eramosa Engineering, Inc. Our team works with our clients throughout the project lifecycle and provides ongoing support post system start-up.
We are currently looking for individuals interested in a full-time Lead Electrical Engineer role within our company. The successful applicant must have experience in High-Voltage Substation design. The applicant must have a good command of the English , both written and verbal, to respond appropriately to questions posed by clients and contractors.
Demonstrated skills and capabilities will include:
- 8 – 10 Years’ experience in the development of detailed high-voltage substation design deliverables such as single-lines, three-lines, protection and control schemes, cable and raceway drawings, ductbank drawings, etc.
- Experience leading and having responsible charge of a substation design team
- Power system analysis software (ETAP, EasyPower, SKM, or equivalent)
- Preparation of studies and technical report writing experience
- Technical specification development for related equipment and materials
- Vendor drawing review for conformance to specifications
- Ability to work remotely and in a team environment
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineering license with ability to obtain additional licenses in multiple states
- Knowledge of compliance with relevant electrical and construction codes
Preference will be given to candidates that have some or all of the following:
- Additional experience designing Low and Medium Voltage electrical systems
- Preparation of commissioning procedures and coordinating commissioning of equipment
- Electrical and site safety training (e.g., OSHA 10-hour)

Our professionals all work from home on a permanent basis using company-supplied equipment. Travel to client sites would be required to support project needs. Our current target markets include KS, CA, TN, FL, TX, OH, MO, MI, MS, NC, NE, and IL. Relocation expenses are not guaranteed but may be offered to select candidates to place qualified professionals near our strategic clients.
