HVAC Retrofit Lead Installer/ Foreman - Murfreesboro

Job Overview:

• Lead a crew with the Installation of HVAC mechanical installation in residential homes (new construction & existing home replacement)

Required Skills:

• The ability to complete system change outs and installation of HVAC equipment on New
• construction jobs.
• Need to have basic duct skills to tie in ductwork, low voltage wiring, line voltage wiring, copper brazing, refrigerant charging, condensate installation, furnace venting, and start-up of equipment.
• Geo-thermal experience not required but need to have the ability to learn it.
• Valid Driver’s license is a must.

Experience or tool’s that would be a benefit:

• Have most of the tools necessary to do this type of work.

This position is full-time Monday – Friday (with some Saturdays available).
