As our Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you'll earn a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year and receive in-house training and manufacturer training!
THE LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Can you meet these qualifications?
- 4+ years of experience as an HVAC installer
- EPA certification
- Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Our ideal candidate has the following:
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components
- Proficiency in soldering techniques
- NATE certification
We're looking for someone who can:
- Review project details and ensure the crew has the necessary tools and materials
- Lead system installations, meeting industry standards
- Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and leave worksites clean
This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!
