The Installer – Master Technician provides a high-quality customer experience by performing heating and air conditioning installations that meet company standards. Installations will include Advanced Controls and Troubleshooting abilities. The Master Mechanic provides support to everyone in the company and must achieve dependable results with minimum call backs and problems This position will also lead and train Junior Tech to Lead Mechanic Pro installers to maintain an exceptional and timely job performance.
