Lead HVAC Service Technician
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are urgently looking to hire an experienced a Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for servicing and repairing heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for both commercial and residential clients and leading the Service Team. Additional responsibilities include performing routine preventative maintenance and responding to work order requests in a timely fashion.
Lead HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC maintenance and service team to ensure quality work
- Assist with ordering parts, materials, and equipment for repairs
- Training, leading, and growing service team
- Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC/R systems
- Performing preventative maintenance service
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keeping detailed logs and records of maintenance functions
- Maintaining service truck
- Experience with installation and service of boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems, ductwork and refrigeration (ex. walkin freezers, coolers, etc) is required
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make necessary diagnosis and repairs
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience with Residential and Commercial HVAC Service and/or Installation
- Commercial Refrigeration experience required
- Must be organized and highly detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be willing and eager to work in a fast paced environment with a rapidly growing company
- Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
- Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
- Must have clean and valid Driver’s License
- Must have own tools
- EPA Certified Required
