If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities:Create Equipment Strategies for Pressure Equipment and TanksPrepare Piping CircuitizationDevelop Inspection workscopesAnalysis of Visual and Thickness InspectionTo Manage, interpret, and integrate inspection and function test data associated with pressure relief devicesCollection and management of inspection/test records databasePressure Relief Device(PRD) Inspection Report review/approval and recommendationCompliance check on inspection reports in accordance with the scope and approve and/or send for reviewDatabase management using Meridium, SAP and other Document Control DatabasesRequired Skills (Technical Competency):Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Chemical or Metallurgy)9-15 years of Oil & Gas Experience in related industry (Refining/ Petrochemical/ LNG/ Oil&Gas)Should have in-service experience in Pressure Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Piping, Boilers, Furnaces, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc.Experience with Pressure Relief Devices inspection, Inspection report review, Risk based Interval OptimizationExperience in Piping circuitization, RBI Equipment strategies, Inspection work scope/pack developmentExposure to inspection management of pressure equipment , piping etc.Exposure to Storage Tank Inspection report review and interval optimizationExposure to Thickness Monitoring program for Pressure Equipment and Piping Etc.Experience with Meridium IM, TM & RBI Modules and SAPFluent English written and Oral communication/interpersonal skillsExperience with pressure relief device inspection, maintenance, and/or repair/replacement/procurementExperience with PRD data sheets, P&IDs and IsometricsExperience in upstream/Downstream Fixed Equipment Inspection/Integrity/RBI ActivitiesExperience in Meridium/Credo/Pestra/PVEliteExperience with Office applications(Word, Excel, Power PointGood Interpersonal Skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
