Immediate opening available for Lead Maintenance responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of two sister properties totaling 166 unit apartment community in Dallas.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
- Responsible for on-call emergency maintenance.
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
- Prioritize maintenance requests in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Assist in vacant unit make-ready
WHAT WE NEED:
- 4+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc.
- Ability to work on-call, evenings and weekends
- Customer Service skills
- Strong work ethic
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Valid driver’s license, required
- EPA Universal/HVAC Certification, required
- CPO,
- Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test
COMPENSATION:
- $27-30/hr., depending on experience
- Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
