Immediate opening available for Lead Maintenance responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of two sister properties totaling 166 unit apartment community in Dallas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances
• Responsible for on-call emergency maintenance.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required
• Prioritize maintenance requests in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Assist in vacant unit make-ready

WHAT WE NEED:

• 4+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc.
• Ability to work on-call, evenings and weekends
• Customer Service skills
• Strong work ethic

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

• Valid driver’s license, required
• EPA Universal/HVAC Certification, required
• CPO,
• Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test

COMPENSATION:

• $27-30/hr., depending on experience
• Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
