Job DescriptionLead Maintenance Engineer - London Bridge, South East London - Up to £50,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London Bridge, South East London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large private luxury residential development situated by London Bridge, South East London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static single person site.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site as part of a 1 person team.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Re-set

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

• General building fabric

\n

Positions Available 

The client is Looking for 1 x Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (£45-50K) 

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

\n
• Electrically or Mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3 

\n

• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 

\n

• Excellent customer service skills

\n

• Happy to cover a large site 

\n

• Ideally experience in High End Residential

\n

• Honest, hard working and reliable

\n

Package

\n
• Up to £45-50,000 per annum

\n

• Overtime available 

\n

• 25 days holiday + BH

\n
