Lead Mechanical Engineer (Rotating / Static)We are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer (Rotating / Static), the position is to be based in Saudi Arabia. The Lead Mechanical Engineer (Rotating / Static) may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. He may have engineer/Senior Engineer grade Mechanical personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel.Knowledge / Experience (Skills):• At least Twelve (14) years of experience; Six (10) years of them within the field of Mechanical Engineering related to Rotating or Static Equipements for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient. Job Responsibilities Lead Mechanical Engineer (Rotating/Static): Provide support for both projects and confirm that Design basis and main static equipment such as: electrostatic desalter, 2 and 3 stage separators, heat exchangers up to 50 MW per unit, degassing tank. For water treatment apart from tanks there will be Induced Gas Flotation and Advance Hydro cyclone. Strong experience in Storage Tanks, skim and degassing tanks, vessels under pressure, and cartridge and nutshell filters and large size fired heaters.Day to day control of FEED engineers in preparation of pump related deliverables such as datasheets, specification, pump GAD. Provide timely comments on FEED deliverables and ensure their implementation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
