We are looking for a Lead Financial Systems Analyst to help us improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial data and processes. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting solutions that enhance our
financial management information system (FMIS) and other related applications. This person must have hands-on functional knowledge of Oracle Financials Modules (AP, AR, GL etc.) in both the EBS On-Premise as well as the Fusion Cloud environments and a working knowledge of Oracle SQL is a must.10 years of experience supporting and solutioning new features/functionality in Oracle Financials is required. Implementation or conversion
experience is required.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, procurement, treasury as well as the IT department, to understand and anticipate their needs and expectations.
Enhance accounting function efficiency through an overall focus on technology improvements and integrations that support our optimized operating model.
Work with accounting and finance end users to identify and roll out solutions that automate recurring manual activities (e.g. journal entries, closing process).
Increase the efficiency of our treasury function by automating the wire processing pipeline.
Work with our Technology team to increase integrations to business unit operational systems that will enhance our automation efforts.
Help the product owner to define and prioritize the product backlog and communicate the business value of each feature.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accurate conversion.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure feature enhancements align with desired results.
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support financial decision-making.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for the Development team.
Collaborate with developers and vendors to implement and test system enhancements and integrations.
Lead system implementations and enhancements as needed to support business operations.
Provide user training and support for financial departments.
Monitor and evaluate the performance, usability, and feedback of the products.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in financial systems and technologies.
Support tactical automation initiatives and further enhance technology enablement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in financial systems management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a systems analyst or a similar role in a financial environment.
Ability to lead project implementations and systems enhancements.
Advanced knowledge in SQL, Excel, XML, and other data analysis tools.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and Hyperion is required.
In-depth knowledge of banking and wire Integrations required.
Experience with GenAI tools like Microsoft CoPilot in a finance environment is strongly .
Experience with Coupa, EiS, CoStar, Blackline, Alteryx, Power Automate and Automation Anywhere is .
Must have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.

Ability to align IT Systems and features with business operations, strategies, and objectives.
