£90,000-105,000 + Benefits

Central London location - Hybrid working 2-3 days a week

Are you a Senior or Lead Software Engineer with experience guiding and coaching other software engineers? Looking to join a company who are disrupting a global industry with a widely used and recognized platform.

I'm partnered with a successful startup with product market fit and broad range of paying, high value customers. Having received huge investment, they are on a journey toward Series A and aim to truly disrupt the industry.

This means that they're able to build out well designed, greenfield code which can focus on solving their customers crucial pain points.

This is a great opportunity to lead and expand a talented small team with autonomy and freedom to explore various ways of working and technical implementations. You'll face challenging technical problems, architect the correct solution and implement it with your team.

What they're looking for in a Lead Software Engineer:

• A background in designing, architecting and developing PHP/Laravel base web applications
• Ability to work closely with clients, industry leaders and strategic stakeholders to solve real customer challenges
• Experience leading, mentoring or coaching cross functional software teams
• Experience building cloud based software using AWS
• Understanding of systems design and open source components
• Play a part in shaping the team by forming and championing best practices
