They are seeking someone with that same passion and drive to become part of their team.\n \nYour Role\nAs a Lead Civil Engineer specializing in marine structures, you will:\n\nDeliver Technical Excellence: Design structures for a maritime environment as part of a collaborative team.\nLead Projects: Manage marine engineering projects from tender stages through to detailed design.\nOversee Technical & Commercial Aspects: Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.\nEngage with Clients: Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships. \nAbout You\nOur client are looking for someone with:\n\nMarine Expertise: Extensive experience designing and assessing marine structures, including jetties, quays, wharves, and cofferdams.\nSound Decision-Making: The ability to make informed engineering decisions quickly and collaboratively.\nTechnical Prowess: A strong technical background with a hands-on, proactive approach to project responsibility. \nKey Skills & Qualifications\n\nEducational Excellence: BEng/MEng (Hons) or equivalent technical training from a top university.\nProven Experience: Successful track record in UK marine projects, particularly structural design.\nRegulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CDM regulations and Quality Management Systems.\nGeotechnical Understanding: Solid knowledge of geotechnical principles.\nLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively. \nWhat’s on Offer?\n\nCareer Growth: Opportunities for development and progression in a dynamic industry.\nICE training scheme.
