We're offering a prime position as a Lead Process Engineer within the esteemed platforms and offshore structures Business Unit of one of the UK's biggest and best equipment and solutions providers to the offshore energy industry.

If you live near Norwich, or are prepared to relocate, and have a Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in the Oil and gas industry, you could be helping to shape the future of design engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Project Managers for engineering support.
  • Oversee design project progress and provide direction for design concepts.
  • Act as Design Authority for the discipline area.
  • Ensure design tasks align with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster continuous improvement and standardise departmental best practices.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the design team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
  • 10+ years in the Oil and Gas industry, with experience in topside piping systems, design codes, project management, and mentoring.
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and software proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, HYSYS, Mathcad, and Ansys.
