Lead Product Designer - Healthtech - Hybrid - Up to 80K + Equity - Tech for good!

I have partnered with a successful and well funded Healthtech start-up covering 10 million. They exist because 1 in 3 people visit their GP with health and wellbeing challenges that cannot be solved by medicine alone.

My clients exists to make it easy to connect someone to a life-changing support services in thier local community. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will assist them on this mission by continuing to build on the existing features/products and moving into new fields.

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility that will accelerate your career and make an impact on the world we live in. You will be crucial to the team from day one and help to scale the platform across the UK.

This role might be for you if you have:

• 5 years expeirence working in a startup environment and/or healthcare
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and thinking end-to-end,
• Plus a good eye for graphic design, digital design patterns and interactions, and an understanding of the product development process
• Experience working with Figma
• A desire to take on more responsibility and grow out a team

The desirable things for this role are:

• A degree in design
• Experience working on a HealthTech project

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the product team to create leading experiences/features
• Mapping out flows from ideation to delivery
• Shipping the high-fidelity designs and iterating on your work rapidly
• Work with their customers, stakesholders and the engineering in an inclusive and collaborative way
• Mentoring and coaching other designers in the future and embedding design within the company culture
