Lead Product Designer - Sports - Hybrid - Up to £95,000

I have partnered with a successful and well funded sports platfrom that helps people improve their golf by recording, analysing and providing useful tips to the golfer in real time.

My client are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the team and assist them on improving the current platrom and making it more intuitive for it's users.

This is a hands on role and you will be working within a small and nimble team to build features and release them to their customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sport and is looking to make an impact in the indusrty.

This role might be for you if you have:

• At least 5 years expeirence working on a B2C app
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and thinking end-to-end
• Plus a good eye for graphic design, digital design patterns and interactions, and an understanding of the product development process
• Experience conducting user research with customers
• A desire to take on more responsibility and grow out a team

The desirable things for this role are:

• Experience within sport
• Passion for golf

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the product team to create leading experiences/features
• Mapping out flows from ideation to delivery
• Carrying out customer research to understand key pain points
• Shipping the high-fidelity designs and iterating on your work rapidly
• Work with their customers, stakesholders and the engineering in an inclusive and collaborative way
• Mentoring and coaching other designers in the future and embedding design within the company culture
