Are you a Lead Engineer looking for an interesting and inspiring opportunity?Are you passionate about being part of a successful team? Join the TeamBaker Hughes has a new opportunity for Lead Reliability Engineer to join the team . Partner with the best As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities that are aimed at reducing the costs of failure caused by non-productive time, repair costs, personnel, and premature product failures. As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes policies and procedures.Work Closely with OIC SDTM, focal point for Service Delivery quality, ensure implementation of job cycle elements, support competency program, OIC region lead for Job Center, support region training effortsIdentifying trends to prioritizing failure modes to investigating for corrective actions and analyze performance data and monitor performance.Being responsible to drive jo; tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.Participating in the engineering design review process.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor's in Engineering, all Science or Chemistry disciplineHave at least 5 years experience in operations service delivery within the oil and gas industry, specially offshoreWork in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
