LEAD/SENIOR/MEDIOR FULL STACK ENGINEERS (GOLANG, NODE.JS, TYPESCRIPT) Avena is a custom software development company that can help businesses achieve their goals. We are looking for lead/senior/medior full stack engineers who will play a key role in our clientâs projects and build robust software solutions in the finance sector. Responsibilities: Designing, building, testing, monitoring web-based backend and frontend systems Analyzing, identifying and troubleshooting technical problems within the software Optimizing application development by employing best practices and principles Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges Contributing ideas to product development roadmap Required Qualifications: A university degree in a technical field (Computer science, engineering, or similar) 3+ years of proven experience in complex software development projects Proficient in web backend/frontend frameworks Experienced in Golang, Node.js (Bun), Htmx, Typescript Experienced in cloud systems (Azure is a plus) and Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus Excellent command of written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with financial services is a plus Willing to work remotely  Desired Soft Skills: Eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes Excellent interpersonal communication Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong self-organization to work independently and manage time effectively Highly collaborative, self-motivated, customer focused and positive Committed to quality-oriented, well-documented business delivery
