Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

We have an LNG Lead Developer position open with a leading commodities trading firm.

Applications open to Senior Developers looking to move into a lead position (managing a team of 3/4).

\n

\n

Hybrid working - 2/3 days in London City office

\n

\n

Up to £120K base + bonus scheme and benefits

\n

\n

LNG is becoming an increasingly key component in the European and Global energy trade, and the LNG Desk is a dynamic and growing part of the business trading physical LNG globally.

\n

\n

Experience Required: -

\n

\n

\n
• Experience with MTM valuation, exposure and greek calculations

\n

• Broad experience within Energy or Commodities Trading, with exposure to Front, Middle and Back Office, and a strong understand of the trade lifecycle

\n

• Extensive experience working as a developer in the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .net, SQL, Azure)

\n

• Experience of being part of a development team within a finance / trading organisation

\n

\n

\n

Further technical:

\n

\n

\n
• Experience Infragistics components for WinForms

\n

• Expert in C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, .Net, WinForms, WCF, Azure

\n

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Specflow / Gherkin.

\n

• Experience working with Azure DevOps tools.

\n

• Wide knowledge of existing and emerging technologies.

\n
