You will have: Bachelor/Tertiary degree in Structural/Civil form a recognised institute, with prior engineering design experience in wet/dry plant processing or relative industry exposureAbility to initiate the exchange of required technical concepts and information with the Design team and other disciplines.A high degree of understanding of inter-discipline dependencies related to the discipline -Demonstrates ability to effectively manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials etc)Experienced in coaching, mentoring junior engineers.
