Lead Test and Evaluation Engineer

Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity Develop detailed test procedures and defines instrumentation /configuration requirements needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan Develop test plans and test cards Incorporate lessons learned into future test activities Guide others in the design of test hardware, software and systems to achieve test requirements Oversee debriefing of the test team
