Lead Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Project oversight responsibilities (set priorities/develop objectives, financial management, project design process)
  
• Project engineering/management
  
• Serve as a technical resource to team
  
• Assist with business development responsibilities (proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, client management)
  
• Participate in professional organizations
  
• Communicate with clients and internal team members
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  
• 6+ years of experience transportation engineering design, highway design, and local street design
  
• Experience in business development/project development processes
  
• PE License
  
• FDOT design/standards knowledge
  
• Project management experience with Florida Department of Transportation
  
• Leadership/staff management experience
  
• Experience using MicroStation, Open Roads Design (ORD), AutoCAD and Civil3D software
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
