Lead Welder

We are looking for a lead welder for full time work in North Canton. This is a first shift position 6-2:30 but must be able and willing to work OT. Must be able to pass a weld test. The weld lead is basically the person between the welders and the supervisor.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

- Previous leadership experience required.

- 5+ years of welding experience.

- Ablility to set direction for all hourly welders and helps resolve any issues they have.

- Partner with the supervisor to help resolve personnel issues.

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
