Lean Logistics Planner

Job Description An exciting opportunity at the leading global company Bosch for an experienced Lean Logistics Planner to contribute to the optimization and efficiency of logistics operations along with ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks: Work together and close to the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) to assure the usage of lean methods and tools. Conduct internal training of lean principles such as 5S, standardized work, process confirmation, shop floor management, etc. Moderate Value Stream Workshops and follow up derived activities. Coordinate continuous improvement projects in a systemic approach (System CIP) and punctual actions (Point CIP). Develop a problem searching and solving mindset. Define KPR and KPI targets for Quality - Costs - Delivery in accordance with market, business and customer requirements. Actively contribute to the achievement of such KPR/KPI Targets. Develop a lean mindset that can be recognized and contribute to the achievement of targets. Qualifications University degree in Logistics, Transport or related areas At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning or production Very good knowledge of Lean concept Experience in moderating workshops, conduct trainings and lead improvement projects Experience in lean methods and tools such as 5S, standardized work, shop floor management, problem solving, value stream.
