Oversee the daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.2. Lead and support staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.3.

Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.4. Monitor and evaluate service delivery, driving continuous improvement.5. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.6.

Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.Desirable Experience:1. Proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.2. Strong understanding of behaviours that challenge and effective intervention strategies.3.
