As leave of absence administrator, you will be responsible for administering the full leave of absence cycle.
This is a 4-month temporary position that is hybrid after training!
Responsibilities:
- Determine eligibility of leave of absence
- Coordinate and administer various types of leaves, including medical, family, and personal leaves
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding leave requests and inquiries
- Review and evaluate leave requests to determine eligibility
- Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, usage, and accruals
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure consistent application of leave policies across the organization
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on leave-related matters
- Benefit billings and collections
- Calculate loss PTO for individual returning from leave of absence
- Process terminations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma REQUIRED
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 2 years of leave of absence experience REQUIRED
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
- Broad knowledge of leave of absence preferred
