LEV Installation Engineer

Job Title: LEV Installation Engineer.

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester.

Salary / Benefits £24k - £45k + Training + Benefits



Our client is a leading provider of LEV services in the North West region and due to continuous growth and development, they are now seeking to take on a LEV Installation Engineer to join their team. This role would suit someone who has experience working within the dust and fume industry, with an electrical background. You will be working on Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, and Educational sites carrying out fault finding on sites, ensuring to diagnose correctly and rectify faults in a timely manner alongside carrying out reactive and planned electrical and mechanical repairs. Experience & Qualifications:

" Holding the BOHS P601 would be beneficial to the role.

" Experience working hands on in the dust and fume sector.

" Will hold an electrical qualification to latest standards.

" Able to work well independently and as a team.

" IT literate.

" Excellent commination skills, able to work well in a busy, fast paced environment.

" Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.



The Role:

" Working on Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, and Educational sites to carry out reactive and planned electrical and mechanical repairs.

" Installing dust, fume, and oil mist extraction systems.

" Attending site to carry out fault finding of control panel and electrical component systems, ensuring to diagnose correctly and rectify faults in a timely manner.

" Safely and efficiently replacing electric motors, wiring of fans, and electrical components found on large scale extractions systems.

" Carrying out mechanical work when required, ensuring to provide support to the service and installation team.

" Producing detailed reports based on site findings, ensuring to give to clients in a timely manner.

" Carrying out work in adherence with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

" Organising own work schedule in line with company / client requirements.
