We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed 02 Electrician to join our growing team. This position requires someone with the proper experience and licenses. As an O2 Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our HVAC projects, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems associated with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure HVAC installations align with project timelines and specifications.
• Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to HVAC technicians.
• Ensure that all HVAC systems meet industry standards, local codes, and project specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Connect wiring to HVAC equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and mitigate electrical hazards on job sites.
• Work closely with HVAC technicians and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members when needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in HVAC systems.
• Implement effective solutions to resolve problems promptly.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Washington State 02 Electrician License
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Some HVAC experience

The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.

Salary Description:

Wage starting at $28.00-$40/hour DOE
