We're looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team!
Job Location: Round Rock, TX
This is going to be an in-office job.
Applicant should be able to:
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist with the management of client expectations, budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractors and assist with bringing projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with client satisfaction.
- Generate architectural design concepts.
- Generate, prepare, and manage the development of architectural design and construction drawings.
- Put together project specifications.
- Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all consultant disciplines.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate the completion and distribution of meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Proficient in AutoCad
- Revit knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Experience with computer 3D modeling using Sketch-Up or other programs.
- Fluent in the English .
