We're looking for a Licensed Architect to join our team!

Job Location: Round Rock, TX

This is going to be an in-office job.

Applicant should be able to:

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assist with the management of client expectations, budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractors and assist with bringing projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with client satisfaction.
• Generate architectural design concepts.
• Generate, prepare, and manage the development of architectural design and construction drawings.
• Put together project specifications.
• Review architectural documents for areas of conflict with all consultant disciplines.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate the completion and distribution of meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCad
• Revit knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Experience with computer 3D modeling using Sketch-Up or other programs.
• Fluent in the English .
