We are seeking skilled Electricians (LME, PJ, J) to join our operations team in Albany, OR. This role involves rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Expect a dynamic work environment with a variety of daily tasks.
Must have a license from the following states to be transfer: Oregon, Arkansas, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Utah, Washington, Wyoming

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Work on equipment such as PLCs, AC/DC motors, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, lighting, power distribution systems, and more.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently, supporting production goals and operational success.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Oregon Electrician’s License (LME, PJ, J).
- AC & DC motor control experience (including drives) required.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using standard test and troubleshooting equipment (DMM, VOM, Megger, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley Control Logix).
- Industrial mechanical millwright experience ; must be willing to perform millwright duties as needed.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders and working around equipment and machinery.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed for inspections and maintenance.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels, and varying temperatures.
