Light Duty Driver / Chargehand

Job Description Oversee the clean-up of job sites.  Transport needed workers and materials to the job site.  Safely utilize tools and machinery to complete tasks as needed.  Place any warning signs, cones, and road closure as required.  Inspect equipment for safety   Supervise and lead a team of workers on various tasks.   Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.   Provide guidance to workers.   Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.   Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.   Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.   Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.   Perform hands-on work as needed.   Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.    Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license   Clean driving record Familiarity with safety regulations and laws Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team Experience driving light vehicles Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment Additional Information Good navigational ability and a team player. Physically Fit and with strong work ethic. Keen Time management, reliability and dependability Patience, quick thinking and good judgement.
