Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budgetary and timeline goals. You'll manage Work Plans and schedules, control project documentation, and work closely with your team to support customers and installers technically. Your role will be crucial in realizing projected gross margins and revenue milestones.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve a variance of less than 5% between budgeted and actual values for projects
• Deliver over 95% of projects on time
• Foster excellent collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects within scope, on time, and on budget
• Conduct Project Intake and Pre-Construction Meetings promptly
• Develop and maintain project schedules according to established processes
• Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure thorough documentation
• Drive project gross margins and oversee financial aspects
• Supervise change proposals, monitor expenditures, and manage variances
• Oversee the Bill of Materials, Scope of Work, Install Schedule, estimates, change orders, RFIs, Transmittals, EC negotiations, and project quality control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
