A well-established law firm in Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a passion for litigation and a drive to provide high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload in litigation matters.

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.

• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.

• Work collaboratively with clients, attorneys, and staff to develop strategies for case resolution.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.

• 2+ years of experience in litigation , but not required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
