Job Title:- Local Content Coordinator
Location:- Basra, Iraq
Work Pattern:- Normal Working Hours
Contract-:- 1 year & renewable

Local Content is a key component client ambition (become the Responsible Energy Major) and of its Corporate Social Responsibility (on local economic development), and can also generate important delays, over costs and execution risks. A welldefined and implemented LC is therefore a major element to preserve site operational performance and improve local acceptability (social license to operate).

The position will:
Coordinate the integration of the Local content in the “Contracting process” required to achieve Local Contentstrategy and Local Content Plans objectives in line with Iraqi regulatory & DPC requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Engineering, Economy or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in Arabic & English, French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Local Content workflows, MS office. Access is a plus.
• Experienced in contract & procurement and exposure to Totalenergies contract and procurement processes is a plus
• Analytical mind-set, rigorous, pro-active, autonomous
