Logistics and Inventory Coordinator
Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Customer Service, Inventory, and Import Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory management and possess excellent math skills for balancing records. This role involves managing all parts or products, including recording new items in the system and tracking each item as it enters the establishment through sales records and distribution channels. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in or leave our two Miami warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Keep accurate records of in-stock and out-of-stock products for reorder
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Distribute products to customers as ordered
- Receive and inventory stock in the computer system
- Perform various other tasks as assigned
- Enter orders and follow up with suppliers for order confirmations
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
