It is a close-knit team both during and outside of work.FunctieomschrijvingResponsibilities:Process contract and logistics data accurately using Axapta, our logistics software program.Coordinate with carriers to arrange and manage the transportation of goods to customers.Monitor and uphold agreements on delivery schedules and shipment details.Schedule and coordinate loading appointments, ensuring product availability with suppliers.Manage, monitor, and prepare all documents in adherence to specified requirements (time, payment conditions, delivery conditions).Provide timely information to customers with pre- and final shipment advice.Clearly communicate with suppliers and establish solid agreements regarding product availability.Inform shipping companies and establish clear agreements on container availability and cargo space.Communicate proactively with commercial colleagues and Team Manager regarding logistical improvements and/or challenges.Maintain and improve knowledge and skills through training.Stay abreast of new logistics developments relevant to the role.Verify all outgoing and incoming invoices per file.Coach and guide new colleagues.Actively participate in special projects that enhance operational efficiency and innovation.ProfielBachelor's degree in a relevant field.2-3 years of experience in a similar role;Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.Knowledge of Incoterms;Experience with logistics software programs;Proficient in Excel and Word;Strong persuasive and communicative skills.Results and customer-oriented mindset.Disciplined and flexible.AanbodPermanent contract.Competitive salary: €3500 gross per month.Premium-free pension.Option for a 13th and 14th-month bonus.
