Logistics Coordinator
Proven experience in a Logistics gained in Retail/ Distribution enviornment Strong skills with Office applications & database reports About Our Client I have partnered with a Luxury goods client seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator. Within their Distribution Centre responsible for managing the physical flow of finished products coming from external suppliers and distribution to stores. Location: Sydney CBD Job Description The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for: Checking of all logistic operations in the DC (receivables, put-away, picking, invoice control, shipping, import-export Checking the documents related to the orders, checking of external invoices, customs documentation, checking of customs duties calculation; Issuing of payment orders for supplier invoices, courier/ transport invoices, custom duties; Accuracy of data capturing into the system of the external and internal documents (invoices, customs duties and transport documents, stock transfers); Accuracy of quantitative check of goods receivables and tracking of the QC reports; Application and compliance of all internal procedures; The Successful Applicant The successful candidate for the Logistics Coordinator role will ideally have the following key skills and qualities: Previous experience in logistic operations Good computer skills (Office applications, emails, database reports) Customs legislation experience is desirable Experienced in import/export Desirable to have worked within Luxury goods/ retail industry previously What's on Offer $80,000 Salary plus Superannuation
