Advantages Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4:30 or 8:00 - 5:00 No Weekends Fully In Office 3 Weeks Vacation Bonus - Based on companies success Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure optimal inventory. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders accurately. Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery. Shipment Coordination: Schedule and track shipments with carriers and vendors. Handle documentation such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers. Problem-Solving: Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, and inventory shortages. Implement contingency plans to manage disruptions. Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate logistics records and databases. Generate reports to track key performance metrics and identify improvement areas. Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field. Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping/receiving processes. Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors, customers, and team members. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Problem-solving skills to address delays, shortages, or logistical challenges. Data-driven decision-making capabilities. Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and shipment tracking. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
