Logistics Coordinator

Robert Half is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client in the Marine Industry. This is a newly created role due to growth within the organization. This role will report to the Logistics Manager and work alongside a team. This is an in-office role with requirements to travel to site on occasion. Responsibilities: Assist Manager with crew rotations, scheduling and ensuring transportation logistics Ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes. Oversee operations in both locations, maintain operational records, and resolve any potential issues. Support the construction team, ensure accuracy in maintaining and logging reports Act as the main point of contact for delivery of equipment and for suppliers. Coordinate with stakeholders and identify potential problems The successful candidate will be someone who has 6+ years experience in a similar role, must have a clean driving licence, will be someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and is confident in project handling and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be a natural go-getter yet very precise when it comes to the details.
