
Logistics Coordinator
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information within the supply chain. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to optimizing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shipments: Plan and oversee the movement of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding logistics matters.
- Reporting: Compile regular reports on logistics operations and performance metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Familiarity with customs processes and documentation (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
