Logistics Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities Include:



* Ensuring the business’ outbound logistical requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently



* Preparation of orders for vehicle movements



* The coordination of external transport hauliers



* Assessing and evaluating service provisions required



* Liaising with hauliers to book deliveries, confirm delivery schedules, and vehicle types/services required



* Building strong, corporate working relationships with key clients and customers



Skills & Experience Required:



* Previous experience of working within a logistics or distribution team



* Demonstrable customer account management experience, with the ability to maintain long-term business relationships



* A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective business relationships to exceed customer expectations.



* Highly professional, with strong commercial awareness



* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy



* A positive and proactive attitude



* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
