Logistics Co-Ordinator - Freight Forwarding



Location: Paddock Wood, Kent



Salary: £25,000 - £27,000



Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:00) - 2 days hybrid working per week after successful probation



25 Days Holiday + Banks



From You:



Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

A positive attitude and a true team player mentality.



Job Role:



Manage day-to-day logistics operations for product shipments and deliveries globally (Air, Sea, Road, Imports, Exports, and Domestic).

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and any logistical movements.

Proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise during the process.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
