Our family-owned business is where to\nachieve more from your career by proudly building Britains future heritage\nwith us.\n\nThe Works Manager role:\n\nA senior member of the project team reporting to the Project Manager, you will\nbe responsible for organisation and coordination of all logistical operations\nand procedures, in order to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency\nand safety in both the pre-construction and construction phases of the\nproject.\n\nThe role will require effective communication with all present within the\nproject team to ensure full responsibility to achieving all aspects of Build\nSure.\n\n * Assist the Project Manager by ensuring all staff, operatives and supply chain partners attend site inductions \n * Manage and direct the construction-based logistics, plan for materials orders, sub-contractor and plant availability \n\n * Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions including quality, health and safety and environmental \n\nYour profile:\n\n * Extensive work experience within the Construction Industry.
