Job Highlights: • 40 hours per week • Permanent work from home • Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week 7AM - 4PM or 8AM - 5PM with an hour unpaid break • Client Timezone: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Responsibilities: • Process and manage data entry for complex ocean freight contracts • Coordinate and arrange international shipping logistics • Liaise with major shipping lines to secure and manage freight contracts • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all booking processes • Handle customer inquiries related to global shipping and logistics • Contribute to the optimization of booking systems and data management practices • Stay updated on and adapt to changing international shipping regulations Requirements • Proven experience in the shipping industry, preferably with major shipping lines like Maersk • In-depth knowledge of international ocean freight processes and terminology • Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail • Proficiency in logistics software and booking systems • Excellent communication skills in English • Ability to handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment • Adaptability to evolving international shipping practices and regulations • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Benefits Independent Contractor Perks • HMO Coverage for eligible locations • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job ZR_17227_JOB
