Manpower employment agency is searching for a Logistics Coordinator for Seed Material for Syngenta in Enkhuizen and Andijk. In this logistics role, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining communication with both customers and the Syngenta organization to ensure timely response, management, and delivery of customer inquiries, orders, and services, meeting customer satisfaction in line with Syngenta's commercial policies and high service standards Generating necessary shipment documentation for seed material goods Reporting on order progress and downstream issues to the supply chain and external customers Monitoring customer satisfaction and adhering to Syngenta's code of conduct, internal rules, and policies Managing order entry, verifying and confirming customer orders, manual invoicing, and credit notes Entering orders into SAP as required Analyzing and monitoring unconfirmed order lines What's in it for you Gross salary of €19.86 per hour Travel expenses according to Syngenta's policy Full-time job of 38 hours per week Temporary employment contract via Manpower (with possibility of permanent contract based on performance) Development opportunities through Manpower Academy (over 200 online courses) Pension accrual via Manpower Functie-eisen Minimum of one year relevant experience in customer service, order processing environment, telephone contact with customers, office administration, and sales support Proficient in English language (English will be the primary language in this role) Eager to learn and open to new challenges Own transportation to commute to the location Is this your new job and do you want to be considered?
