Logistics Executive (Inventory management, Coordination, Ops planning) #HVW

Responsibilities Drive daily engagement with logistics partners to proactively address shipment delays and address bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery Logging of all courier/special postal items, along with researching proof of deliveries as needed Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding shipping, receiving, customs regulations, personal shipments and etc. Escalate to internal stakeholders where appropriate to solve logistics challenges. Communicate internally status of priority shipments Support suppliers in timely shipping of goods through coordinating freight quotes with forwarders and problem-solving capacity issues Ensure compliance to preferred carrier guides Ensure compliance to mode and expedited freight policies Performance management Drive improvements in on-time performance through root cause analysis and corrective actions All other duties as assigned Requirements Min Diploma / Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant certificate 1-2 experience in Logistics will be at an advantageous Able to start work immediately Excellent communication skills is a must Good management skills of team Thank You.
