Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Singapore Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Singapore Job Description Team and Role Introduction: Lazada cross-border logistics fulfillment team serves the cross border ecommerce business unit of Lazada platform lazglobal , Choice. The team is in charge of cross-border fulfillment solution design, 3PL sourcing and management as well as implementation of the solution for platform. Responsibilities: Key job responsibilities -Owns S&OP process between platform team & 3PL operation team. Be able to convert sales orders to logistics terms and ensures 3PL provides sufficient capacity at optimal cost. Continuously optimize S&OP process to improve accuracy - Work with platform team to identify opportunities and develop new supply chain models and solutions with focused on local B2C fulfillment solutions based on data analysis and seller interviews, and own go-to-market strategy for both brands & SMEs. - Able to do costing, pricing, and work with ops team on designing warehouse process, warehouse network and system solution- Owns E2E solution development to implementation and able to drive internal stakeholders collaboration from both Logistics teams and Marketplace team including but not limited to commercial team, Operations, Product & Tech, Finance, Sales- Good understanding of system/IT requirements as part of overall fulfillment solution and facilities in articulating IT solution requirement to product team when needed. Capability to write BRD is a plus. - Work with warehouse fulfillment operation team and product & tech team to enhance our solution and processes to find optimization opportunities - Sufficient maturity to manage prioritization and trade-offs among different stakeholders- Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have): - Bachelor degree required with background in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations/Computer science or similar. - 5-8 years of supply chain solution strong bias for action
