Position purpose:The role is accountable to support the local FG stock replenishment in Thailand and to ensure and efficient delivery of material to the Asian MarketResponsibilities:1.       Responsible to grant a reliable OTIF service levels while optimizing the inventory in line with given Targets2.       In Charge of providing the best material availability to Customer request3.       Involved in supporting Sales on local allocation / escalation issues4.       Guarantee stable Logistic lead-times5.       Ensure an efficient alignment on the operation Activities in the Local WH/DC6.       In Charge for the Local Intercompany ordering process7.       Guarantee an optimum and cost-effective utilization of the transport network / methods8.       Aiming to constantly define, negotiate and maintain the most effective cost / service solution with the logistic service providers9.       3rd party customer order management: confirm stock availability and shipment delivery date to CS team10.     Coordinate with sales and CS teams to provide realistic sales forecast11.     Improve forecast accuracy, to ensure on time supply and make the efficient production plan12.     Compile sales data for financial dept. and sales teams to analyze.13.     Trucks arrangement with transportation company14.     Maintain SAP data accurate, Qualifications: 1.A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Logistic for specialist.2.Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures3.Solid Logistic background4.Knowledgeable on material import and export in Asian Countries5.English & Mandarin, Chinese knowledge required. 6.SAP Knowledge required.
